Human Resource Development

People are top priority in the group's structure. Great care is taken in procuring, developing and retaining human assets, by means of a meticulously structured HRD program, which is directly, supervised by the Managing Director himself. Organization's requirements are carefully defined and care is taken to recruit the right people who match the job profiles. A continuous evaluation of human resource needs is in progress and so is on-the-job training for personnel.

HRD assumes all the more significance considering the multi-ethinicity of the workforce and the resultant cultural, social and behavioural differences.
